Individual Classes
Every
human being is different both physically and mentally. Next to that people
change in the course of time. Individual classes are fully tailored to the
one individual student. An individual class enables the teacher and the
student to start from where the student currently is and to focus on the student’s goal in
the optimal way. Individual classes are the best way to learn yoga.

Individual classes can have one or more of the following goals:

To study yoga techniques like
asana, pranayama and meditation;

To improve or solve a certain
physical and/or psychological problem (yoga therapy);
-
To investigate a certain question
(coaching).
