Introduction Courses In the ideal situation yoga is being taught in
individual classes. At the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) and Svastha
Yoga, the sources
of the yoga that is being taught at
Yoga
Centre, yoga is primarily being taught on an
individual basis. Apart from individual classes
Yoga
Centre also offers yoga introduction courses
for people who are new to yoga and/or don't feel like taking individual
classes directly. For

People who are fit, flexible and strong can practice
the most advanced asanas (postures). The reality is that most adults are not
fit, flexible and strong. Therefore the Introduction courses start with
practising simple asanas synchronized with breathing and gradually build up
towards more intense schedules. This also enables the student to fully
concentrate on learning the basic concepts and techniques that distinguishes
yoga from just a body workout.
